Shimmer is delighted to be partnering with researchers at the University of South Florida conducting research to identify the physiological response to COVID-19, in hopes of developing an early warning system for patients who may be at risk for severe illness.
USF researchers will be utilizing the Shimmer3 Ebio sensor to measure heart rhythm, respiration and activity levels. A summary of the research objectives is contained in the video below, while further details are available here.
