All Shimmer orders come with a standard 12 months warranty, see here.

Customers have the opportunity to extend this warranty by an additional 12 months should they so wish. Some terms do apply:

• Extended Warranty adds 12 months warranty to your initial 12 months. E.g. purchase on April 12th 2019, with extended warranty purchased you are in warranty until April 11th 2021
• Extended Warranty can only be purchased within 1 month of your initial order date
• Order or Invoice number must be provided for the order you wish to add extended warranty to
• Extended Warranty only applies to the items included in the order stated at time of purchase and is non transferable
• Multiple Extended Warranties may be purchased for multiple orders (provided warranty is purchased within 1 month of initial order date)
• Extended Warranty can only be added to an order once
• Warranty and Support policy, as stated here, does not change
• Shimmer reserves the right to not accept Extended Warranty orders, any payments made on Extended Warranty orders not accepted by Shimmer will be refunded
