The 9Dof calibration for Android is ideal for those looking for an application that allows the precise calibration of Shimmers tri-axel Accel, Gyro and Mag sensors, conducted in a mobile scenario.


Suitable for both the Shimmer2r and Shimmer3 platforms, once calculated, the calibration parameters can be stored to the Shimmer memory and recalled by other applications allowing for automated calibration of the sensor data.

Pre-Requisites

A Shimmer2r or Shimmer3 paired with the user’s PC.  The android device with Bluetooth should support running Android 4.0 (API 14) or later, and have BtStream or LogAndStream firmware
